1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the philvet website accessible at philvet.net, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the philvet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the philvet platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's philvet Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a philvet promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by philvet in compliance with applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary government body regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the philvet platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing philvet on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions.

philvet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication to the philvet website. 3 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the philvet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR online gaming regulations applicable in the Philippines.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of philvet or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or business partners, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory body, or have voluntarily self-excluded from the philvet platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of opening an account or placing wagers.

philvet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request documentation confirming your age, identity, and location. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration and Management

To access philvet's real-money games and betting markets, you must register an account on the platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are strictly limited to one (1) Account per person. philvet uses a combination of technical and manual checks — including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and KYC document review — to detect and prevent duplicate account creation. The existence of more than one account per player, regardless of the intent behind its creation, is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. philvet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify philvet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

philvet reserves the right to require additional verification from any player at any time, including during the withdrawal process, as part of our ongoing KYC and anti-money laundering obligations. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued ID (SSS, PhilSys, driver's license, or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

philvet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.

All funds deposited to your philvet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or e-wallets not registered to you are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

philvet targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions for verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability, additional verification requirements, or exceptional system load. philvet accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or banking infrastructure.

philvet conducts AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring on all transactions. Deposits or withdrawal patterns that raise compliance concerns may be subject to additional review, documentation requests, or temporary holds. philvet is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

Funds deposited to your philvet account are held solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. philvet does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with our dormancy policy.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

philvet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free bets, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the point of offer. These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all philvet bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it upon expiry.
• Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. Live dealer table games, low-volatility slots, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward clearing wagering requirements.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring offer.
• philvet reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus credited as a result of a technical error, system fault, or fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement being fulfilled.

7 Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on the philvet platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

philvet's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing bodies. The results of all RNG-based games are final once the game round has been completed and the result has been confirmed on screen. philvet accepts no liability for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or expected return rates.

In the philvet sportsbook, all bets are accepted subject to maximum stake limits that apply per event, per market, and per player. philvet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed on events that have already commenced — unless explicitly offered as in-play markets — will be voided and the stake returned.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or network interruption during a game session, philvet's transaction and game logs shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system fault, philvet will endeavor to return the stake to the player's account within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philvet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform's software, whether or not the exploit results in financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer game environments.
• Using arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic betting strategies specifically designed to exploit philvet's promotional offers or sportsbook pricing.
• Registering more than one account on the philvet platform or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with philvet.
• Using the philvet platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime as defined under Philippine law.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that, in philvet's reasonable judgment, is harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or market offered on the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the philvet platform — including but not limited to the philvet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of philvet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the philvet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any philvet content without the prior written consent of philvet.

Any unauthorized use of philvet's intellectual property may result in legal action and the termination of your platform access.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

philvet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on the philvet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

philvet implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and philvet cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored on the platform.

philvet will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where necessary for the operation of the platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC service providers), as required by law, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, philvet, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the philvet platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account, transmissions, or data.
• Any technical errors, system downtime, or service interruptions affecting the platform or its games.
• Any loss of funds or winnings resulting from a game malfunction, RNG outcome, or sportsbook settlement decision made in accordance with stated rules.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the philvet platform, including promotional materials, odds, or game return-to-player statistics.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, philvet's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

philvet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with philvet's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, philvet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request or due to inactivity, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable fees and forfeiture of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

philvet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, philvet will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a notification displayed on the platform upon your next login.

Amendments become effective immediately upon publication to the philvet website unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the philvet platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the philvet platform — including disputes relating to game outcomes, account decisions, bonus terms, or payment processing — you are encouraged to first contact philvet's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. philvet aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. philvet reserves all rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
